Trendlytic is a product research tool for Print-on-Demand sellers. We provide niche analysis, trending design data, trademark checking, and related features to help you make informed design decisions.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer our scraping technology
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through our service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Use automated tools to access our service beyond normal usage

5. Data Accuracy

Product data, trends, and trademark information are provided "as is" from third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify trademark status with the USPTO directly before making business decisions.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

Trendlytic is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to lost profits, account suspensions on third-party platforms, or decisions made based on our data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
