By accessing or using Trendlytic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Trendlytic is a product research tool for Print-on-Demand sellers. We provide niche analysis, trending design data, trademark checking, and related features to help you make informed design decisions. The service also includes AI tools that write listing text and design prompts, and a library of mockup photos. You are responsible for what you publish with them. Mockup pictures you download may be used commercially in your listings, your own store, your ads and your social posts.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
You agree not to:
Product data, trends, and trademark information are provided "as is" from third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify trademark status with the USPTO directly before making business decisions.
New subscriptions start with a 3-day trial. Starting it requires a payment card and a $1 activation fee, charged at once and not refunded. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan you chose is charged at the end of the trial and then every month until you cancel. There is one trial per person and per card. You can cancel at any time from Manage Plan, and your subscription remains active until the end of the period you paid for. Monthly searches and trademark checks do not carry over to the next month. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Other refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis: write to support@trendlytic.io.
Trendlytic is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to lost profits, account suspensions on third-party platforms, or decisions made based on our data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
