When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication data. When you use our service, we collect the search queries you enter, the designs you save, the text you send to the AI tools, and usage data such as pages visited and features used. We also keep your plan, your subscription status and the devices signed in to your account. We record sessions of the site and the app to find problems; file inputs are never recorded.
We use your information to provide and improve our service, process your searches, display results, manage your account, send important service updates, and analyze usage patterns to improve our product.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Search results and product data are sourced from publicly available marketplace listings. The design file you choose in the mockup generator is drawn in your browser: it is not sent to our servers and nothing of it is kept.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. For advertising measurement, purchase events are sent to Meta with a hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account from the Account page in the app, or by writing to support@trendlytic.io. Deleting it cancels your subscription. Afterwards we keep a one-way hash of your email address with the usage it consumed, only so that a deleted account cannot start over with a fresh allowance.
We use essential cookies for sign-in and language preferences. We also use PostHog (analytics and session recordings), the Meta Pixel (advertising measurement) and a Lemon Squeezy cookie that remembers an affiliate link you arrived through.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website.
