Sorting Redbubble by top selling is free and worth doing, and it is the source of our Redbubble Best Sellers column. What it leaves to you is the reading: the tags, the crowding and the names you should stay away from. The right-hand column is written by us, the people who build Trendlytic.

Features
What you get
Redbubble does not publish a chart of its best selling designs, but it does let you sort its t-shirts by top selling, and that order is worth reading. When we read it on 30 October 2026, the top ten were mostly original lines (Stay Positive, Ghost Of Disapproval, Attempted Murder, a ramen parody of The Great Wave, Hang on. Let me overthink this.), with two built on a film and a puppet show. A best seller tells you a buyer exists. It does not tell you which tags carried it, how many other artists sell the same idea, or whether a new design still stands a chance. Trendlytic answers those three questions for Redbubble, in the niche you choose, and puts a USPTO lookup next to the phrase before you draw anything.
Redbubble's top sellers, daily
The Best Sellers block keeps up to 50 of the t-shirts Redbubble ranks as top selling and reads them again once a day, so the list matches what is selling this week.
Best sellers inside your niche
Type a phrase and Trendlytic reads Redbubble's leading designs for it, with the count of top sellers among them and the number of artists who made them.
Title and tags, ready to copy
Every design opens into its exact title, main tag and full tag list, so you can see the words a best seller is found under without opening Redbubble.
Gold, Rising and Solid
Best Design Instant keeps 250 Redbubble designs among its 1,000, refreshed every hour: Gold for proven sellers in hot niches, Rising for new designs already selling, Solid for steady ones.
Fan art marked
Redbubble sells a lot of fan art. When a title names a protected brand, character or celebrity from our list, it gets a TM or (c) badge; a USPTO lookup on any phrase is one click away.
From a best seller to your own listing
Generate listing reads what ranks in a niche and drafts your own design brief, with the Redbubble wording to list it under, for 2 credits.
Inside the app
See it working

The best sellers of one niche, and who is behind them
A Redbubble search for overthinking on 30 October read 60 designs, 53 of them top sellers, from just 13 artists. The line Hang on. Let me overthink this. appeared three times in the first six results, twice from the same shop, and it was also in Redbubble's overall top ten that day. That is a phrase buyers clearly want and a niche a handful of shops already work hard. A new design here needs its own angle on overthinking, not a fourth copy of the line.

Every tag a Redbubble best seller ranks on
Click any design and the panel shows the exact title, the main tag and all of its tags, 13 for this one, from overthinking anxiety and overthinking at night to overthinking girlfriend. Copy them in one click to compare against your own list, or start Generate listing (2 credits): it drafts an original design brief and the listing text around it, built on what already ranks in the niche, so the design is yours and not a copy.
Built-in trademark check
Check any phrase against the live USPTO register before you design
Type a phrase and Trendlytic looks it up in the live USPTO register and shows who owns it, its status and its filing date. Included in every plan.
And the designs that were never yours to print are marked
When a result leans on a known brand, a character or a famous person, it arrives with a TM or copyright badge on the card. You see it while you are choosing, not after a takedown. A first filter, not legal advice.
How it works
- 1
Start from a best seller
Open the Redbubble column of Best Sellers, or run a Redbubble search for the niche you are thinking of.
- 2
Read its words and its crowd
Open the designs: their titles and tags, and how many artists already sell the same idea.
- 3
Make a design that is yours
Take the buyer, not the artwork: a new angle, your own drawing, and the phrase checked on the USPTO register before you upload.

Also in every plan
A mockup generator for the design you make next
When your own design for the niche is ready, drop the file in and see it on 500+ t-shirt photos in one go. Pick the shots that fit your shop, on a person or on its own, and save them at up to 2000 px with no watermark. A mockup takes 1 credit from your plan the first time and nothing after that.

Frequently asked questions
How does the 3-day free trial work?
Every plan starts with 3 days free. Starting it charges $1 to check the card is real, and that $1 is not refunded. The plan price itself is only billed when the trial ends, and cancelling before then from Manage Plan means it is never charged.
I haven't sold anything yet. Is Trendlytic for me?
Yes. A search needs no shop and no sales history: type an idea and you see what already sells for it on Etsy, Redbubble, TeePublic and Amazon US, how crowded each one is, and a plain verdict. Start with the marketplace you plan to sell on. If you are not ready for a trial, the free tools at /tools need no account.
What sells best on Redbubble right now?
On 30 October 2026, the t-shirts Redbubble ranked as top selling were led by short original lines and jokes: Stay Positive, Ghost Of Disapproval, Attempted Murder (two crows), a ramen take on The Great Wave and Hang on. Let me overthink this. Two of the top ten leaned on a film and a puppet show. The list changes daily; the Best Sellers block in Trendlytic shows today's.
Does Redbubble have a best sellers list?
Not as a published chart. Redbubble lets you sort its shop, or a search, by top selling. Trendlytic reads that order for t-shirts every day and adds what the sort does not show: every tag, the number of artists in the niche and a badge on protected names.
Can I see the tags of Redbubble best sellers?
Yes. In any Trendlytic search, click a Redbubble design to see its exact title, its main tag and all of its tags, with a button to copy them. Our free Redbubble tag generator does a lighter version for any niche, with no account.
Does this cover Redbubble stickers?
No. Trendlytic reads Redbubble t-shirts, both for the daily Best Sellers list and for searches. A design that sells on a tee is usually offered on stickers too, but we do not read Redbubble's sticker rankings, so we do not claim them.
How often is the Redbubble best sellers list updated?
The Best Sellers block is refreshed once a day, Best Design Instant every hour, and a search reads Redbubble live when you run it. It moves faster than it looks: the Redbubble designs marked Rising in Best Design Instant went from 32 on 29 October 2026 to 2 the next day.
Can I copy a Redbubble best seller?
No. Copying another artist's design gets it removed and can close your account. Use the best seller to understand the buyer and the words they search, then make your own version for the same buyer and run its wording past the USPTO register before you upload.
