Trendlytic vs EHunt (EtsyHunt)
| EHunt (EtsyHunt) | Trendlytic | |
|---|---|---|
| Name | EtsyHunt, renamed EHunt. etsyhunt.com now redirects to ehunt.ai | Trendlytic |
| Marketplaces | Etsy, plus Amazon Handmade product data on the Pro and Elite plans | Etsy, Redbubble, TeePublic and Amazon Merch, read in one search |
| What it is for | Researching and running an Etsy shop: products, keywords, shops, ads, tracking, listing edits, review emails | Deciding which print-on-demand design to make next, and for which marketplace |
| Sales figures | Estimated sales for Etsy products and shops; their FAQ puts average accuracy at about 80% | No sales estimates. You see the designs that are moving and how crowded the subject already is |
| Browser extension | Yes: Quick View shows sales while you browse Etsy, plus a tags extension | None. You open Trendlytic when you are choosing what to make |
| Trademark | None that we could find on their site or in their extension listing | Yes: a one-click USPTO register lookup, included on every plan |
| Mockups | An AI mockup generator | A library of t-shirt photos we produced, your design placed on each |
| Price | Free plan, then $9.99, $19.99 or $59.99 a month; billed yearly, $7.99, $15.99 or $29.99 a month; Pro has a 3-day trial for $1 (their pricing page, October 2026) | $9 a month to start; the 3-day trial opens with a $1 card check |
Plainly: if you sell only on Etsy and your days go into running the shop, EHunt does far more of that than we do. Estimated sales, a browser extension, competitor tracking, ad research and review emails are all things Trendlytic does not have. Billed yearly, its Basic plan is also cheaper per month than our entry plan. Where we differ is the step before the shop: one design idea weighed on four print-on-demand marketplaces, and a check of the wording on the USPTO register before you draw. Trendlytic is our product, so read this table knowing who wrote it.

Features
What you get
If you typed EtsyHunt and landed on ehunt.ai, you are in the right place: the old address redirects there, and the product is the same Etsy suite under a new name. It is built around a very large database of Etsy listings, and around the daily work of a shop that already exists. You look up a product, estimate what it sells, follow a competitor, tidy a listing, send review requests. Trendlytic is built around an earlier question, the one every print-on-demand seller hits before a listing exists: out of all the ideas you could draw this week, which one has buyers and still has room? That question has a different answer on each marketplace, so we ask it of four at once instead of one.
Built for print on demand
Every result is about designs on products, which is the whole job of a POD seller, rather than the full range of things an Etsy shop can sell.
Four marketplaces in one search
Etsy, Redbubble, TeePublic and Amazon Merch come back together, so you choose the marketplace with room before you upload anywhere.
New Etsy designs that are taking off
New designs that are pulling ahead of their subject are marked, so you see what is starting to sell, not only what sold last year.
The trademark step is included
One click looks up any phrase on the live USPTO register, and every plan includes it. You read the record and decide before the design exists.
From a subject to a finished listing
AI Studio takes a subject that held up and writes a slogan, a prompt to paste into the image generator you use, then the listing text in the format of the marketplace you chose.
20+ free tools, no account
Image tools, tag generators, and fee and profit calculators live at /tools. Try the thinking behind Trendlytic before you start a trial.

The same idea, priced against four crowds
EHunt reads Etsy, with Amazon Handmade product data on its Pro and Elite plans. A print-on-demand design can go to Redbubble, TeePublic and Amazon Merch as well, and each of those has its own crowd of sellers. Trendlytic lays the four side by side for one subject, so a theme Etsy is tired of can still turn out to be thin on TeePublic. Recent Etsy designs that are pulling ahead of their subject carry a Rising badge, which is the shortlist we would start from.

A trademark lookup before the slogan is drawn
We found no trademark check on EHunt's site or in the description of its Chrome extension. In print on demand it is the step that saves a listing: a catchy phrase is often a registered one, and Etsy removes listings when the owner reports them. In Trendlytic, one click on a phrase sends it to the live USPTO register, and every plan has it. You read the record yourself and treat it as a first screen rather than legal advice. It costs far less than a takedown.

Listing photos from a library we made for you
EHunt lists an AI mockup generator among its tools. Ours is a library of t-shirt photos we produced ourselves, for women, men, teens and kids, in black, white and other colours. Upload a design once and every photo shows it. The free mockup tool gives you a taste; members pay one credit per mockup, once, and it is theirs to use commercially after that.

From one idea that works to the ones beside it
When a subject holds up, Related Niches lists the neighbouring subjects found inside the same results, each with a count, and one click starts a search on any of them. It is how one good theme turns into a season of designs without guessing at the next one.
Built-in trademark check
Check any phrase against the live USPTO register before you design
Type a phrase and Trendlytic looks it up in the live USPTO register and shows who owns it, its status and its filing date. Included in every plan.
And the designs that were never yours to print are marked
When a result leans on a known brand, a character or a famous person, it arrives with a TM or copyright badge on the card. You see it while you are choosing, not after a takedown. A first filter, not legal advice.
How it works
- 1
Type the idea you are weighing
A subject, a hobby, a job, a joke. Trendlytic reads Etsy, Redbubble, TeePublic and Amazon Merch for it in one go.
- 2
Check the room and the wording
See which designs move and how crowded each marketplace is for the subject, then run your phrase past the USPTO lookup.
- 3
Make it, list it, show it
Write the listing in AI Studio for whichever marketplace has space left, and put your design on mockup photos for it.

Frequently asked questions
Is EtsyHunt the same as EHunt?
Yes. When we checked in October 2026, etsyhunt.com redirected to ehunt.ai, and EHunt describes itself as an all-in-one toolkit for Etsy sellers. If you are looking for an EtsyHunt alternative, you are comparing against EHunt.
Is Trendlytic a good EtsyHunt alternative?
For a print-on-demand seller deciding what to make, yes: it reads Etsy, Redbubble, TeePublic and Amazon Merch together and adds a USPTO lookup. For an Etsy shop owner who wants sales estimates, competitor tracking, ad research and review emails, EHunt covers more of that work, and Trendlytic does not try to.
How much does EHunt cost?
Their pricing page in October 2026 listed a free plan, then Basic at $9.99, Pro at $19.99 and Elite at $59.99 a month, or $7.99, $15.99 and $29.99 a month billed yearly. Pro offered a 3-day trial for $1. Prices change, so check their page before you buy. Trendlytic starts at $9 a month.
Does Trendlytic estimate Etsy sales like EHunt?
No. Etsy does not publish sales per listing, so every tool that shows them is estimating, and EHunt's own FAQ puts its average accuracy at about 80%. Trendlytic shows what it can see: the designs moving in a subject, how many sellers already compete there, and a Rising badge on new Etsy designs that are pulling ahead.
Does Trendlytic have a browser extension?
No. EHunt's Quick View extension, which shows sales while you browse Etsy, is something we do not have. Trendlytic is a site you open when you are choosing what to make next.
Can I use EHunt and Trendlytic together?
Yes, and the two hardly overlap. Trendlytic helps you pick the design and the marketplace; EHunt helps you run the Etsy listings once they exist.
How much is Trendlytic?
Plans start at $9 a month, and each one includes the four-marketplace search and the USPTO lookup. Before that comes a 3-day trial, opened with a $1 card verification.
How does the 3-day free trial work?
Every plan starts with 3 days free. Starting it charges $1 to check the card is real, and that $1 is not refunded. The plan price itself is only billed when the trial ends, and cancelling before then from Manage Plan means it is never charged.
