On TeePublic and Redbubble we follow each design back to its store/artist and pull every design that ranks above the one we found in search — those are proven top sellers for that niche. On Amazon we filter to listings with 1–19 reviews, which means the design has confirmed sales but is still new enough to compete with. Trending niches across all three marketplaces are refreshed every hour.
Trendlytic queries the USPTO database in real time for the exact phrase you enter and reports whether there's a live trademark, what classes it covers, and links to the official USPTO record. This is meant as an early filter before you commit to a design — always verify with a trademark attorney before launching a serious campaign.
Trending niches refresh every hour. Individual searches are run live each time you submit them, so the marketplace data you see is what's on TeePublic, Amazon, and Redbubble at the moment of the search.

Yes. When you downgrade, you keep your current (higher) plan's features until the end of the billing period — you don't lose anything you've already paid for — and then automatically switch to the cheaper plan at the next renewal at the new lower price.
Yes. The marketplaces we scrape (TeePublic, Amazon Merch, Redbubble) are global, and you can use Trendlytic from anywhere. Pricing is in USD and billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, which handles VAT/sales tax automatically based on your country.
